Ingredients:
1 lb salmon, cut into chunks
2 T. honey
1 T. grated ginger
2 T. soy sauce
1 ½ T. oyster sauce
3 T. mayonnaise
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients except salmon in medium bowl.
- Add salmon to bowl and toss gently to coat.
- Cook in air fryer for 6 minutes at 380°F, or just until done. For crispier bites, turn and cook for another five minutes.
