2 1/4 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
- Heat oven to 450
- Stir ingredients with fork until soft dough forms.
- Place on surface sprinkled with Bisquick mix and knead ten times. (or skip kneading and drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet.)
- Roll 1/2 inch thick and cut with 2.5″ cutter.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 8-10 minutes, until golden brown
