Yield: 9 biscuits

Active Time: 5 minutes     Total Time: 15 minutes


                2 1/4 c. Bisquick

                2/3 c. milk


  1. Heat oven to 450
  2. Stir ingredients with fork until soft dough forms.
  3. Place on surface sprinkled with Bisquick mix and knead ten times. (or skip kneading and drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet.)
  4. Roll 1/2 inch thick and cut with 2.5″ cutter.
  5. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 8-10 minutes, until golden brown

grated cheese


Also nice:
