Sure, I could go out for ribs. But I could make all I want at home, and not worry about being embarrassed by BBQ sauce on my face.
In it for the meat, not the pasta. Cheese takes second fiddle. Built-in bottle of wine to drink while cooking.
The only dish I like better than apricot salmon. Takes time, and totally worth it.
