Experimental plans. The flavor is right, but the heating isn’t giving the results I want.

The leftovers are delicious the next day in a cold salad.

Sure, I could go out for ribs. But I could make all I want at home, and not worry about being embarrassed by BBQ sauce on my face.

Enough for a crowd. No tee-teetotalers allowed.

I really should make this more than once a year. Also, I like bacon.

Excellent in warm weather.

In it for the meat, not the pasta. Cheese takes second fiddle. Built-in bottle of wine to drink while cooking.
