Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 lbs pork butt, or picnic roast, chopped into 2 inch pieces<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp kosher salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp oregano<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp cumin<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 orange cut in half<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 yellow onion peeled and cut in half (leave on the tips)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Combine salt, oregano and cumin.<\/li>
  2. Add meat to pressure cooker and coat with spice mix.<\/li>
  3. Squeeze the orange over the meat, and add squeezed orange and onion halves to the pot.<\/li>
  4. Pressure cook on high 20 minutes.\u00a0 Quick release.<\/li>
  5. Remove the onion and orange halves.<\/li>
  6. Saut\u00e9 on high for 10-15 minutes.<\/li>
  7. Drain and shred meat.<\/li>
