{"id":59,"date":"2022-05-03T21:46:51","date_gmt":"2022-05-03T21:46:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/deathstyle.org\/?p=59"},"modified":"2022-05-03T21:46:51","modified_gmt":"2022-05-03T21:46:51","slug":"apricot-salmon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deathstyle.org\/?p=59","title":{"rendered":"Apricot Salmon"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Yield: 2 servings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Active Time: 5 minutes\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Total Time: 25 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1\/4 c. apricot preserves<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1 large cloves garlic, minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1tsp. summer savory<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1 lb. salmon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sea salt, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.<\/li><li>Line a baking tray \/ sheet with a large piece of foil, big enough to fold over and seal to create a packet (or 2 long pieces of foil over lapping each other length-ways to create your salmon packet, depending on the width of you fillet).<\/li><li>In a small bowl, mix the apricot preserves, garlic and summer savory.<\/li><li>Place the salmon onto lined baking sheet.  Sprinkle lightly with salt.  Pour apricot mixture over the salmon, and using a pastry brush or spoon, spread evenly over the salmon.<\/li><li>Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon to cover and completely seal the packet closed so the butter does not leak.<\/li><li>Bake until cooked through (about 15-18 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish and your preference of doneness).
