Ingredients:      <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  6 large eggs, hardboiled<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1 c. packed fresh basil leaves<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2 T.  walnuts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2 T.  grated Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1 garlic clove<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1\/3 c. light mayonnaise<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Cut the eggs in half.\u00a0 Pop out the yolks into a bowl and set aside.\u00a0 Arrange the whites on a plate, flat side up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In a food processor, chop basil, walnuts, Parmesan and garlic.\u00a0 Blend and chop until mostly smooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Add egg yolks and mayonnaise and blend until creamy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Pipe or spoon mixture into the egg whites.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
